About this tea

Whole-leaf green tea, gently steamed to lock in its fresh, grassy character and antioxidants.

How to brew

Use water just off the boil (~80°C). Steep 1 tsp per cup for 2–3 minutes only — over-steeping turns it bitter. No milk or sugar needed.
