This Privacy Policy explains how Ankit Tea Stores ("ATS Tea", "we") handles information when you use this website, our mobile app, or contact us to place an order.

What we collect. When you order or get in touch, we may collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. Our app uses phone-number (OTP) sign-in via Google Firebase to authenticate you.

How we use it. Only to process and deliver your orders, provide customer support, and send order-related updates. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing. We share data only with service providers needed to run the business (e.g. Google Firebase for authentication and data storage, and delivery partners) — never for their own marketing.

Your choices. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us at atstea.india@gmail.com.
